What is Pump Camp?
Pump Camp is a heels only dance convention made for the community, by the community! Pump Camp Montreal will take place over two days on March 29th & 30th, 2025 in Montreal at Studio Danse Bahia. The faculty will consist of local heels instructors from YOUR CITY! If you’re ready to take part in this incredible weekend, see below for more information and registration details.

description of levels
Level 1:
This level is geared towards beginner/intermediate heels dancers. For this level you must have a base in heels dance and technique or in styles such as ballet or jazz (minimum of 6 months to 1 year). This level is for heels dancers ready to solidify their heels technique and push towards picking up and mastering intermediate level choreography. This level is beginner friendly but the basics will not be covered so it is recommended for you to have a foundation in heels technique. Click below to register and reserve your spot! Level 2:
This level is geared towards intermediate/advanced heels dancers. For this level you must have mastered your heels foundations with a minimum of 3 years of heels dance experience. This level is for heels dancers ready to push their technique to an advanced/pro level and push towards picking up and mastering advanced level choreography. This level is intermediate friendly but choreography will be created for an advanced level and taught at an intermediate/advanced pace. Click below to register and reserve your spot! Pump Camp Showcase
The Pump Camp Showcase will take place Saturday March 29th from 6:30-8:30pm at Studio Bahia. During the showcase, dancers will have the opportunity to present a solo, duo, small or large group number in front of a panel of experts. Each number will receive individualized feedback from the experts, which dancers can apply to their current number and to other performances in the future. This is a great way to step into a more high-pressure situation within a supportive environment. Please note ONE PERSON from each group must register for ALL MEMBERS of the duos or small to large groups. If you’re part of a duo or group, please elect one person to register ALL DANCERS under ONE NAME. You can do so by increasing the quantity of registrations to reflect the number of dancers participating at checkout. The cost of registration is $30 per dancer performing.
